This Thursday, Svenska Ostklassiker and Nattmackan take over Bar Europa in Södermalm. For three evenings, chef Emma Onuora will be serving a late-night grilled cheese sandwich from 8 pm until closing. On the menu is a ‘Nduja & Kimchi Grilled Cheese made with Präst®, Herrgård® and Grevé®, topped with a Hot Honey Drizzle.
