In the art gallery’s main hall, Mag creates an installation that takes up the entire space. The surface is transformed into a landscape of welded metal and fired and unfired clay, where uprooted trees, vessels, and thorny branches spread out across the room. The landscape oscillates between decay and survival, exploring the vitality of the materials. They bear traces of the turbulent times we live in and of humanity’s persistent attempts to find balance, stay upright, and carry on. Source: Visit Sweden API.
