R/S/D „Band of Joy“

R/S/D "Band of Joy" | Concert at Tube's Creating music spontaneously and with a shared passion for improvisation – this is the guiding principle that brings these three musicians together on stage. Their dynamic improvisations are characterised by a rich variety of sounds, expressive intensity and infectious energy. The trio performs entirely without preconceived structures, sketches or musical instructions. Instead, the musicians rely on their creativity, mutual trust and the ability to develop musical ideas in the moment, creating unexpected moments of tension and excitement. All three are established and innovative figures in the Austrian and international music scenes. Their work spans a wide range of genres and ensembles, while their involvement in record labels, musical infrastructure and music education has contributed to the development of the contemporary music scene and the promotion of young talent. Their musical collaboration is further enriched by many years of personal friendship and mutual appreciation.
